Whole-property clearance
A full house, flat or bungalow emptied from top to bottom — every room, plus the loft, garage and outbuildings. Trevor works through the property room by room and leaves it ready for whatever comes next: a sale, a new tenant, or handing back the keys.
Partial house clearance
One room, a few rooms, or just the bulky items you can't shift yourself. You don't have to book a whole house clearance — Trevor takes on smaller jobs in Kendal and the surrounding villages all the time.
Furniture and household item removal
Sofas, beds, wardrobes, tables, chairs, cabinets, chests of drawers, curtains and carpets. Trevor brings the equipment and does the lifting, including from upstairs rooms and awkward stairwells.
White goods and appliances
Fridges, freezers, washing machines, tumble dryers, cookers and other appliances taken away as part of the clearance, so you're not left trying to move them yourself.
Rubbish and general waste removal
Boxes, bags, old belongings and general household rubbish. Everything is loaded, taken away and disposed of properly — you won't be left with a pile of bags by the bins.
Garages, lofts, sheds and outbuildings
Often the worst part of a clearance. Trevor empties garages, lofts, cellars, sheds and outbuildings — old tools, broken furniture, boxes and years of accumulated clutter included.
Bereavement and probate clearances
Clearing a family home after a bereavement is handled quietly and respectfully. Trevor can clear the whole property or just the rooms you want dealt with, and anything you want to keep is set aside first.
End of tenancy and landlord clearances
Rental flats and houses cleared between tenants, after a move-out, or before a property goes on the market — including furniture and rubbish that's been left behind.
Downsizing and house moves
Moving to somewhere smaller, or clearing a property that's already been emptied of the things you're keeping. Trevor takes away what's left so you can get on with the move.
